Head, Heart, Hands, & Health: 4-H

Are your kids between the ages of 8 - 18?

Do they seem to LOVE the animals at the pumpkin patch, apple orchard, or local farm?
They’ll stay outside all day and night if you let them?
You can’t cook a meal without a helper at your side?

… and so much more

Consider getting your kids involved in 4-H!

All About 4-H

It’s a research-based experience that includes a mentor, a hands-on project, and a leadership opportunity that gives children the skills to lead for a lifetime.

The best part is, when a child joins 4-H, they choose what interests them! Here are some examples of hands-on opportunities:

  • growing their own food & learning different methods

  • learning about technology and robotics

  • caring for and showing animals

By getting your kids involved, they can be part of a club, be an individual member, attend 4-H Camp, go on a field trip or show off their new skills at a 4-H Fair.

This opportunity allows them to meet new friends, solve problems and make a difference — in small and big ways. 4-H is a great way to allow kids to figure out what they really like … or really don’t like— and that’s okay! It’s all part of it.

Does this sound like something your child would like, or you feel would be a great opportunity and experience for them? Click the link to get sign-up information!
