A New Year, A New You! With the Help of a CSA

The new year has officially hit and that means it’s time to get ourselves into a healthy mindset for 2024! Maybe for you this means establishing new rituals and routines, or maybe it means making some New Year's resolutions. Whatever it may be, your local farms are here for the journey ahead.

I know we’ve all been there -- from Thanksgiving to Christmas, what do we do? We eat. We drink. Then we eat and drink more. Once Christmas hits, we start to talk about the change we want to see in the new year, but we allow ourselves another week to “let loose,” feel “blahh,” and not care about what we consume. Finally, the new year hits and it’s time to get serious! There is no shame in using the new year to make these changes, and we’re here to help you do it.

If something you’re looking to change in the new year is your eating habits, that doesn’t just mean crash diets and depriving yourself from the foods you love. It just means having a healthy balance of what you put into your body. You can actually eat A LOT of  nutritious, wholesome foods and still be healthy. It’s not about the quantity, it’s about the quality.

For this, try out a Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) subscription!
