On a time crunch? Looking for a quick, healthy snack for your little ones to enjoy? Well then blueberries will be your go to this summer! As a mom of two littles, one of the most frustrating things is having to spend time cutting, prepping, and making different snacks for the kids. Blueberries are the perfect solution because there is no time involved and the kids LOVE them.
I personally have found that having my kids take part in the experience of picking their own blueberries, made them want to eat them even more. It was a way to excite and encourage them about what they were eating.
