Park City Harvest was established in 2017. Noticing that we were the ONLY two black people in the program, we've been dedicated to changing the image of farming within urban communities while feeding and educating the communities that we serve.  Our mission is to empower, and equip urban youth about the impact that food has on our health, community, and the environment.  We at PCH firmly believe that we can transform our communities one plant, one bite, and one voice at a time.  While Farming for Financial Freedom.”

      “Vegetable Growing CookBook Kit”, we have detailed steps for growing tomatoes, summer squash, garlic, eggplants, collard greens, cucumbers and potatoes. Along with the growing instruction we’ve found a way to also pack it with DELICIOUS recipes, with some made to preserve your harvest as long as possible.
      Being a customer inspired book specifically for customers we've encountered at our farmers market ventours we are proud to finally have a book to advise all of our supporters in all fields of life. Garden to table has never been easier!!
