Fall in Love with Fall!

Picture this: It’s 3:30 pm on a Sunday afternoon. Fall is officially in the air. You pull on a cozy sweater, take your warm, pumpkin latte out onto the front steps, and see the fall decor starting to take shape. Pumpkins, corn stalks, gourds, and more blanket the outside for the full, fall effect. Inside, you’ve lit your best smelling fall candle that fills the air with autumn warmth. As you walk back into the kitchen, you smell the hard work of freshly baked apple crisp to complete the scene of the perfect fall day.

I don’t know about you, but I live for the fall! It gives me ALL the feels. Now what better way to enjoy this perfect fall scene, than to incorporate your local farms into it! Let’s get started.

What’s in Season?

September and October are HUGE months for fall crops. Some of the most popular crops in season that you can pick up at your local farmers market or farm stand are: peppers, squash (winter & summer), apples, eggplant, onions, potatoes, peaches, pumpkins, and more! See everything that is in season here.
